Google Chrome

I can't seem to download Chrome to my computer. It says to go to Run -> Regedit, but I can't follow after. help

You'd never, ever have to go into the registry to download something. Are you sure you're on the right site...?

Yeah, I go to that site, there is an error after I press run.

Does it do it with just GC, or does it happen with other .exe files? If it's the latter, try running a virus scan on your computer, as some viruses attempt to block you from installing software. Not sure if you already have your own, but Malwarebytes, Glary Utilities and SuperAntiSpyware all work well.

I have yet to download Malware Bytes (My friend recommended it to me). Right now, my computer is protected by AVG. It's not a virus considering my computer was just reformatted.

Kinda figured it out. Thanks to a YouTube vid, I got it. I ran on Audit Mode.
