Scientists do tests on the HG and SS RNG to find if and how it is broken, they determine details on 'magic EV numbers', and run damage calculations upon request.

You can be a breeder if you like, but other members might ask you for some IV breeds, and they'd need to be good-IVed, and such with right natures, which is probably needless to say.

I am interested to join as a battler. I want to prove my abilities before I say anything outlandish on this forum. Also, is Shoddy sufficient to join the clan? If not, I'm afraid I will have to delay my application for about a day.

Yeah, Shoddy is fine. Standard OU. You can catch another team member online at some point for the battle, it doesn't have to be me.

Yeah. Catch another clan member online at some point, and ask them for a clan battle. It'll be a standard OU battle, however.

I'll join. Since I've already beaten a couple of the members of this clan, do I still need to do the test battle?? Also if you'd like, I can do some scientist work, since I have access to a SS or HG game and several damage calculators.
